Role-playing is so important, it helps promote:
- Confidence by way of Practice.
- Time for you to develop communication skill.
- Helps with public speaking.
- Gives you a chance to have feedback in a safe environment.
- Builds Relationships and trust with participants in the sessions.
- Shows the perspective of the other person in the conversation, to build understanding and empathy.
- It builds creativity and problem solvong skills.
This is why we let our children pretend play/role play. And we also get the same benefits as adults!
