This workshop is all about working on our Problem Solving Skills in a Professional Nanny Setting.

We will cover the basics to better understand what Conflict Resolution is, why we use it, and the benefits of knowing tactics and skills to help in work and organizational situations. We will learn Mediation methods, and the differences between the two styles, and which one to best use in a given situation.

We will activate and practice Conflict Resolution and Mediation Tactics by way of Scenario Role Play in a group setting to help us learn and build on our skills from the teaching session.

Our goal in this workshop is to learn effective communication skills, to help aid us when problems with our peers, clients, and staff, need extra help in order to maintain a happy, safe, and functional work environment.
